James heads up the Aztec Group’s business development team across all core services and major asset classes, working alongside the Group’s board, executive and product development committees. He played an instrumental role in expanding the Group’s reach into the infrastructure market, working with its first administration and depositary mandates, and is the first point of contact for many current and prospective clients. James also heads up Aztec’s London office and has overall responsibility for general management and operational matters.

Alistair Ray co-founded Dalmore Capital in 2009 and is CIO. His day-to-day responsibilities are focused on the oversight of origination activities and the acquisition team. Alistair is also a non-executive director of CAF Bank, the banking arm of the Charities Aid Foundation.
Alistair has 22 years of infrastructure experience. Prior to Dalmore, Alistair was a director at Merrill Lynch, with joint responsibility for growing infrastructure origination capability in Europe and the US. Previously, Alistair spent 2005 to 2008 as a director at 3i where he led the bid to invest in a major US highway PPP project and closed infrastructure transactions in the Netherlands, Malta and Singapore. He was also a member of the team that successfully floated 3i Infrastructure plc on the London Stock Exchange. From 2001 to 2004, Alistair was a director and shareholder of Noble PFI following three years with Edison Capital. Alistair began his career in 1997 with British Linen Bank, where he spent a year as part of the equity team which closed the deal to build Scotland’s first PFI-financed hospital in 1998.

Christoph is a Managing Director in the Direct Infrastructure Investment team at Allianz Capital Partners. He has more than 13 years of investment experience on the private investment side and has worked across a wide variety of sectors including energy,transport and telecom infrastructure,greenfield projects as well as private equity businesses.Christoph is responsible for origination,structuring, due diligence and execution of infrastructure investments.He has presently the day-to-day asset management responsibility for four investments. He is responsible for the nöGIG greenfield FTTH investment of140,000 households in Austria, is a shareholder director in the companies owning a minority stake in Gas Connect Austria, the Austrian gas transmissionand distribution system operator, amember of the board of directors of Autostrade per L’Italia, the largestItalian toll road operator, as well as ashareholder director in the board ofdirectors of ITALO – Nuovo TrasportoViaggiatori S.p.A., the first private Italian high-speed rail operator.He is also a director of the board of NeuConnect Britain, a company developing a new greenfield electricity interconnector between Germany and the UK. Until 2017 and 2020, Christoph was a director in the board of directors of Porterbrook Rail Finance and a shareholder director in the holding companies that own the TidewayTunnel in London.Prior to joining Allianz Capital Partnersin 2008, Christoph was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance and Transaction Services division. Christoph is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Niyamat is the Chief Financial Officer of DWS Infrastructure. DWS is one of the world’s largest global infrastructure investment managers with €759 billion of assets under management. She is responsible for finance and operational related matters across all Infrastructure Funds. Prior to joining DWS in August 2018, Ms Fazal was Head of Private Equity at Langham Hall where she was responsible for a team of 15 professionals providing fund administration and accounting services to fund managers across all alternative asset classes including infrastructure, private equity, private debt and venture capital. Her previous experience also includes providing valuation services as Manager in PwC Transactions Services in London, having initially worked in Audit at PwC and KPMG. Ms Fazal is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BCom degree from the University of Mumbai.

Rob is the Managing Partner at Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent mid-market infrastructure investment firm with over $5 billion of assets under management. Bringing over 25 years of infrastructure experience to his role, Rob is a Founder Partner and maintains overall responsibility for the management of the firm, is a member of the investment committee, and is currently a director of UPPCO, Comax France and Detroit Thermal. Prior to joining Basalt Infrastructure, he was Head of European Infrastructure at AMP Capital where he was responsible overseeing transaction origination and execution, portfolio management and asset management for AMP’s European managed infrastructure funds. His previous experience also includes roles with Bankers Trust, TNT Limited, and Ernst and Young.
